Judgment enforcement is not for everyone. It takes passion, commitment, time, and an understanding toward a creditor that got taken for a ride by another individual or business.
After 20 years of dedicated service in the telcom field, I decided to follow my passion for the art of skip-tracing and judgment enforcement. There is such a huge demand for this profession, and I am proud to be part of this small minority of people that help individuals and/or businesses in recovering money owed to them through a court-awarded judgment.
Judgments are considered property. It’s a piece of paper that states that someone owes a monetary compensation to another. It’s a document.
In 2014, I started a company called Seek1 Solutions. It got it’s name for the type of work involved in locating debtors, and finding a solution for satisfaction. I specialize in locating judgment debtors, finding their hidden assets, and doing everything it takes within the law to recover money owed.
My company provides all upfront cost necessary for post-judgment including; skip-tracing your debtor, paperwork, clerk filings, process serving, subpoenas, court appearances, etc. – We take care of it all.
Owing money in this country is not against the law, and the courts will not make a debtor pay. But a judgment enforcement specialists like myself, can. Helping people is something we love to do.
We are committed to running a completely ethical business, and thoroughly following the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the California Rosenthal Act.
